Yes. For most projects we use a milestone-based payment structure: typically 30% upfront to begin work, 40% at mid-project milestone (e.g. working prototype or core features), and 30% on final delivery and sign-off. Larger projects may have more milestones. We never ask for full payment upfront, and you only pay for work that has been delivered and approved.

Yes. We offer dedicated developer engagements on a monthly retainer model. You get a senior developer assigned exclusively or primarily to your project for an agreed number of hours per month. This model suits ongoing product development, team augmentation, or long-term maintenance. Rates are agreed upfront with no hidden charges, and you can scale up or down with 30 days notice.

Our primary markets are India, the United Kingdom, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates, but we have worked with clients across Europe, Southeast Asia, and Australia. All communication is in English, and we structure working hours to overlap with client time zones.

We work in IST (UTC+5:30), which provides meaningful overlap with UAE mornings, UK afternoons, and US East Coast evenings. For each project we establish a regular communication rhythm: daily async updates via Slack or email, weekly video calls for milestone reviews, and a shared project board (Notion or Jira) where you can check progress at any time. We respond to messages within 4 business hours.
