Process FAQs
What if requirements change mid-project?
We expect requirements to evolve — that's why we use Agile sprints. Minor changes within an agreed sprint are absorbed at no extra cost. Significant scope changes are assessed, quoted, and require your written approval before work begins. We never proceed on out-of-scope work without your sign-off.
How do you handle testing and quality assurance?
Testing is built into every sprint, not added at the end. We write unit tests for core logic, integration tests for API endpoints, and conduct manual QA on each sprint deliverable before showing you the build. For UI-heavy projects we use automated end-to-end tests (Playwright or Cypress). You receive a test report with every milestone.
Do you provide documentation with the project?
Yes. Every project includes a technical architecture document, API documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger), a deployment and environment setup guide, and an end-user guide for admin features. For mobile apps, we provide App Store listing documentation and release notes.
How many revision rounds are included?
Two rounds of revisions are included per milestone in all fixed-price projects. Revisions address work that doesn't match the agreed specification. Change requests beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.
